 I am a student in the JDPE program at SDSU-UC Davis in the GGE and a NOAA EPP/MSI Earth System Sciences and Remote Sensing Scholar. I studied Geology for my undergraduate at the University of Florida and earned my BA in 2020. I've been fascinated with plants and the environment ever since I can remember. I am currently working on understanding landscape change on permafrost soils and the greenhouse gas balance in Utqiaġvik, Alaska via interdisciplinary approaches using field spectroscopy and chamber flux techniques.
